Unfortunately, your friends and family need their own copy of TheRecipeManager if you want to share recipes with them using this software. You can also search recipes using the handy image library. The recipes are simple to search for by name, or you can scroll through an alphabetical list. It also has great images that show you the finished product. TheRecipeManager includes over 1,000 recipes to get your digital database started. Given most modern computer capabilities, you could take a screenshot and share it that way. One of the program’s biggest drawbacks is that once you find your favorite recipes, you can only share them with friends who have TheRecipeManager software, which is quite limiting compared to the best recipe programs. The images display in the recipe viewer so you can get a good idea of what you are cooking – you can click on them to make them larger, or, if you prefer, you can browse recipes by images only.
It's always helpful to see what the finished product will look like before you try to cook something new, and the images may also give you serving ideas to enhance the dish’s presentation.
